Students practice relevant culinary skills. They are given the opportunity to see how a large scale event is prepared and carried out.

Front of House

Students learn the art of 24-karat service. This service style focuses on the elegance and precision of artisan serving.

Wine Service

Students practice proper and responsible wine service. Students also learn about the viticulture of wines being served at the dinner.
